  1. WORDPERFECT KIT SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

  4. 1. Quit Microsoft Word if it is running.
  5.  
  6. 2. In Program Manager, choose Run from the File menu.
  7.  
  8. 3. Type "source:\setup" (without quotation marks) and
  9.    press ENTER, Where "Source" is the directory
  10.    containing extracted contents of WPCNV.EXE.
  11.  
  12. **Important Note** 
  13.  
  14. Before opening WordPerfect documents in Word 6.0 for Windows, 
  15. make sure the Confirm Conversions check box is selected in the 
  16. File Open dialog box. When opening a WordPerfect 6.0 or 6.1 
  17. document, you will need to manually select the WordPerfect 6.0 
  18. or 6.1 file type in the Convert File dialog box.
